An active role is any open position you've posted in Fonzi that is currently receiving candidate matches. You can archive roles at any time to free up a slot. Archived roles retain their match history but stop receiving new candidates.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated to your billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal date. Your existing roles and match history are preserved through plan changes.
ATS integrations (Greenhouse and Ashby) are available on the Scale plan. Syncing lets you push shortlisted candidates directly into your existing hiring workflow without re-entering data. Additional ATS integrations are on the roadmap, contact us if yours isn't listed.
The trial gives you full Growth access for 14 days, no credit card required. At the end of the trial you can subscribe to Growth, continue on the free Starter plan, or do nothing and your account stays active with Starter limits. No automatic charges.
Starter and Growth include 1 hiring manager seat. Scale includes up to 10 seats, useful for teams where multiple hiring managers are recruiting concurrently. Each seat can manage their own roles and shortlists independently within the same account.
